My scooter did not work from day one. Company even sent me another battery. Still did not work. I requested a refund. Got a mailing label, but not a prepaid shipping label. I paid shipping when I ordered it. He needs to pay return shipping.

The battery life on this sucks. I charged it to full and it died within a few hours. Don’t try to use it outside, because it’s even worse then. Wish I could return it.

The machine did not work. Missing knobs . Sent a new battery. It still didn’t work. Went through the most stress time in life trying to return. I am a 75 year old cancer patient. I had to wrestle with this 90lb monstrosity. Sent back twice. Company made no apology and concessions for all I went through.
