I bought this heat press for my children to make customized Christmas gifts for family and friends. We love how versatile the machine is. Options as far as size and shape of cups are endless. Giving them the ability to make a useful and heartfelt masterpiece for everyone. Even the baby cousins got super cute sip cups. Equipped with 2 individual stations; including bright and easy to see LCD control screens. Both girls can work together simultaneously on there own timers as well. Purchased this machine to start making personalized tumblers with sublimation designs. Works great and easy to operate. Fits up to 30 oz tumblers. You can pre-set the temperature you need based on the material your going to use. It does smoke if you leave the item in for too long so be aware. There is a bit of a smell when the item is heated up however that does not affect the affectiveness of the machine. Highly recommend and would puechase again!!! ... show more

It was a bit of a learn g curve to figure out the best time and temp for my tumblers. I recommend 375 for 65 seconds rotate 180 and another 65 seconds. Was super easy to set and figure out. The double tumbler makes it so much faster. Once I figured out the best time and temp my ghosting went away. It has perfect pressure and easy to adjust. The only con is it has kind of a strong chemical smell when pressing your cups. Not something I would send it back for hopefully it goes away. Also my 15 oz coffee cups are too wide for this but I have a mug press so I don’t need it for them anyways. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Updated review 5/26/24 I was sent a replacement machine because the first one was defective even after being sent a new heating element. Well, not even a year later and a yea rod use the new machine is defective too. The heat fluctuates and glitches, and now it just seems unsafe to use at this point. I am super disappointed in this machine especially with the cost that was associated in getting in and the waste of supplies from the machine ruining things. Updated review 6/13 I ended up getting a defected heating element and had it kindly replaced by the company. There was so much bleeding on my tumblers and wasted a lot of supplies. I got the new heating element and everything seemed great, until it wasn’t AGAIN. color saturation isn’t even, and the color is bleeding again. This is so frustrating as I’m now wasting supplies AGAIN. It also states the press can do the sippy cups, no, it can’t and there’s a significant gap. I reached out to the company and they want me to use wax paper to fill the gap and recommend buying a smaller attachment for another $70. I’ll pass, I don’t want to invest another penny on this Machine. I honestly wish I could return it and get my money back Not sure how I feel about my money spent on this heat press. No matter where I tape it, how much tape I use, there is always bleeding. The heat wrap doesn’t go all the way around the tumbler and it seems as if the space that’s not heated in the moment is where the bleeding happens. Every mug I’ve pressed in every way is giving me problems. At this point I am wasting money and supplies due to defects. ... show more
