Get this!! We have lived in the same house now for nearly eight years--we accepted that the tile grout in the bathrooms and in the kitchen were supposed to be dark, really black.. our son tipped us off to this wonderful machine. We have had it now just over two weeks--using the machine is amazingly simple. Just add distilled water and wait five minutes for the unit to heat up. the application is smooth. There are lots of different cleaning brush tips to maximize cleaning potential. The wand and the unit are lightweight. The steam is pure steam--so there is no heavy chemical cloud even when you are working in tight quarters like a shower stall. and the results have been stunning. imagine our surprise when we found out the grout was in fact white. And to our delight the bathroom does not smell hospital-y and thick--that's what you get when you apply heavy chemical cleaning sprays--our bathrooms are now clean, period. they feel and look like new bathrooms. both showers doors are rid of that cloudy soap scum we thought we could never get off. you'll never know how clean your rooms can be. now we look forward to putting this machine to work as part of our household cleaning. ... show more

I was hesitant at first about the price, but the Dupray Neat Steam Cleaner (17-Piece Kit – Versatile Chemical-Free Cleaning for Floors, Cars, Tiles, etc) is completely worth every penny! We recently started a renovation and we’ve used this steam cleaner in every possible aspect. With zero noise and a perfect size for moving around the house, this compact machine will power through any mess in any part of your home. It heats up at or around eight to ten minutes and works well under any conditions. Some report water leakage, but I haven’t had any problem. It is steam, so when it’s idle you will have to “bleed” out the attachment by simply pressing the trigger for a second or two. Size: Neat Steam Cleaner
Wanted to love this product but ultimately ended up returning. I ordered this in hopes of keeping our house clean and sanitized with a newborn but the amount of time it takes to set up and cool down is too long for routine use with small children around. I thought having it would make cleaning everything easier and quicker but that was not the case, cleaning took twice as long using this compared to the various chemicals and machines I had been using. I think if I had older children (or no children) this product would have made more sense and I would have been more likely to find it useful. Pros: -heats up fast -machine is very durable and straight forward to use -replacement parts are not very expensive -long cord for easy maneuvering -comes with a variety of attachments to meet different cleaning needs -cleaned glass shower doors easily and effectively -cleaned the walls easily with the various attachments Cons: -only ran for long enough to clean two rooms before needing to be refilled, however you have to wait for the whole machine to cool before you can refill which takes awhile (more than 30 minutes in my experience and if you do it too soon you risk hot steam spraying back at you) -attempted to clean grout tiles on floor and shower with little improvement even with the attachment tool meant specifically for it -you still need a vacuum or mop to get up dirt on the floor after the product steams and loosens it -hard to switch out attachments while using due to the heat of the steam ... show more
