Nice light and fan. It’s quiet. Only downside is you have to cycle through the three light colors every time you turn the light on. It goes bright white, warm white, then both lights at the same time. If you like the warm light then every time you turn it on you have to cycle through bright white then off and then on again to get to warm. ... show more

This crystal light is just beautiful, having said that , I honestly have to say the light it emits is extremely bright. Just too much for a bedroom. I emailed customer service on a Sunday and they got back to me within a few hours. I agreed to purchase a $40 dimmer/ remote and they sent it out with the promise it would arrive within 18 days and it did! My husband installed it and still no dimming action. Again I emailed on a weekend and was surprised to hear back within a few hrs with instructions that unfortunately were not included in the new unit. Directions followed and light now works perfectly. This light is not easy to install-my Hubby is a skilled handy man and had trouble. Look on UTube for videos, ask customer service- they are responsive and helpful.
