This model comes with color-through panels to hide scuffs and scratches and black wheel rims. The Scout is rated by the manufacturer at 300 lbs. But to ensure best performance, no scooter should be loaded beyond 85% of the manufacturer’s capacity. So, for the Scout, that would be 255 lbs.
