It arrived in a surprisingly small box. Assembly was very straightforward. Pay close attention to the order of assembly in the instructions; it'll save you some time reassembling the chair if you guessed wrong. Don't ask me how I know. The chair works well and has quite a bit of springiness when you plant your butt on it. One caveat: the chair does NOT tilt back as someone stated in their review. I like the chair. It has adjustable height as well as the bottom foot rest can be adjusted up or down. Love the folding arm rests. The price was great compared to others with the same features. Only thing is I wish the seat cushion was a little thicker. No big deal though I can buy a cushion.

I got this because it is all mesh. During summer I like the windows open when I'm working at the desk. Mind this chair has no padding and only mesh. I have my own seat cushion and other pillows. This is a heavy chair and does what the description says in functions. Though if you are 6 foot or taller the head rest might not work for you. Easy to put together and had a tool for the hex key style screws which fit into a sold plastic frame. Going on over a week and so far so good. ... show more
