I needed everything besides the lame and the bench scraper. I love the silicone baskets and the dutch oven sling. I bought this because it came with a dough hook also, but honestly I don't see what all the rave is about dough hooks. I dont like it, but that's besides the point.

This kit comes with everything needed to start on your bread journey. The two bowl are silicone and collapsible taking up less space. Easy to clean. And easy to fold down. It also comes with two liners that can dampen quickly for rises. They also wash easily under the sink if dough sticks to them. It comes with a massive silicone mat with circumferences and a ruler. And another silicone mat that is great for transferring your dough in and out of your dough oven. Both mats are also silicone and wash with ease. This set comes with two spatulas. The white plastic one cleans your bowl out flawlessly leaving no dough behind. I like wetting mine with water to have the dough effortlessly just pull away. The stainless steel one is great for cutting dough in halves or helping shaping and fold. The dough whisk is top notch. Very large. Much larger than I anticipated. And lastly the lame to cut those pretty shapes into your loaves. The only downfall to that is you have to attach and reattach the blade with every use as there is no cover to store with the blade on without hurting yourself ... show more
