I bought this set when I began my sourdough journey. It comes with everything you need, plus extra. The main things I use are the yellow bowl scraper, the dough whisk, and the banneton. The whisk is easy to clean. It's nice how the banneton comes with a towel, although I wish it came with 2. This set is definitely worth the money if you are just starting out.
