All the items in this kit were the perfect size, looked good, sturdier than expected, performed well and got the job done. I used Saran Quick Covers for the proofing baskets. I liked the Banneton Proofing basket so much amd it was so helpful that I purchased an additional basket. So I can prepare two loaves at a time.
