    • A good kit for first time sourdough bakers. Reasonable quality.
Style: Round Basket Set
This kit includes everything needed to make prep the dough for sourdough bread, minus a mixing bowl. The basket is substantial and can be used with or without the cloth cover. The dough wisk is solid and is great for the first minute of mixing. The lame is a good size and comes with both a cover and replacement blades. The dough scraper is maybe a bit small, but still useful for cutting or picking up the dough ball. If you're making a larger loaf (more than 600 grams of flour) the banneton may be a bit small, but for my 540 gram loaf it's about right. In all I'm satisfied with this set. ... show more
