    • Nice but arrived with wrong parts-RESOLVED-my mistake!

Firstly, one side of the square tube harness was the wrong size, so the harness bar is unusable. I contacted them about it, but received no help resolving the issue, just the offer of a nice discount. I suspect this is the way they always deal with problems. The box it arrived in was somewhat destroyed in shipping so I didn't want to try to repack and reorder. What I find on amazon to replace the bar is less sturdy using clamps instead of the screwed-on bracket that comes with it. I'm sure I'll eventually find a solution but not so far. Other than that issue, which keeps me from being able to use this, the table had the ss accessory tray hanging loose, the three hook bar hanging loose and the transformer clip broken and hanging loose. Not what I expected to say the least. None of this was addressed as the response was "discount". I can fix all of this but... Still I rate the table as a four star because the table seems excellent. The accessories not so much. So after agonizing over this expensive purchase for weeks the effort continues. All they had to do was replace one arm and I would have been satisfied but that wasn't an option. Update: After hearing back today from Kanis, I realized that I installed the bar hangers incorrectly. They now fit well and the hanger Is superb. And although the table had some shipping damage it's mostly minor and I've been compensated to fix it. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Next I'm buying their 50" wash station. After much comparison to other high end brands and having my hands on this table, I believe the Kanis products rank with the very best and are a value. ... show more

Bought two of these tables for our groomers to replace two Comfort Groom Z-Lift tables from Ryan's. Our Comfort Groom tables had their transformers blown in a power surge after a storm. We should have been able to just replace the parts, but Ryan's was basically a nightmare to deal with and repeatedly sent the wrong parts and then decided they didn't have that part any longer. So we got the two Kanis tables. First, BOTH tables were less than the price of ONE Comfort Groom. They have much better features, they're larger, the tabletop lifts out easily for cleaning, they have outlets on the tables...I could go on and on. A much better table for less than half the price. The only thing we can fault a little is that the grooming arms seem a little bit loose, but it's very minor. 100% recommend. ... show more

It arrived well packaged. All parts were present, even came with a few spare parts for safe keeping, just in case. The assembly was pretty simple. Table seems to be manufactured well. The electric lift motor is VERY quiet and so smooth... will not frighten your animal. Power box on front with outlets and USB is a nice touch. While I was a little skeptical on the price, it seems I got what I paid for...QUALITY. Very satisfied overall..... would highly recommend.... ... show more

This is an awesome grooming table. It is truly a back saver. Can go super low to have dogs hop up on it and as high as needed for back comfort and easy grooming. It is very quiet when operating. I love the charging station and outlets in the front of it as well. I highly recommend this product.

Opening the box I noticed how nicely packed the parts were. It was heavy but i managed to remove from the box and assemble with no problem. (The wiring was previously assembled). My dogs get on the table (and stay there) with no issues. Very quiet motor, steady and sturdy. Nice section to store brushes, combs, and other items. Very happy with my purchase! ... show more

Our 11 months old golden retriever afraids of everything. She was even scared of the box this table came in. She allowed as to groom her on this table and she did very good( without freaking out, maybe because the table runs very quiet). We don't have any complaints, it's a great table: runs smooth and quiet. We also like that it comes with a holder for your scissors, brushes ect.. and 4 leashes. Great product.
