I love this table so much. I've been using one of those pop up tables for a few years now because I needed the mobility of taking it places but I got a van and knew it was time to get this bad boy. The up and down is very very smooth. The dogs I've had on it are able to jump from the low position and then i just step on the pedal and it easily moves up. None of the dogs have even noticed because it's so smooth. I haven't used any of the charging parts yet, mostly because I don't need them but I will at some point. It does have European outlets, so I'll need to use an adapter when the time comes. Pros: Adjustable and smooth. Very sturdy The bars have multiple connections on the top and sides. The tool tray has been fantastic. Doesn't use much power, which is great for mobile. Very easy to put together and clean. I got a free set of brushes! They're actually really nice and they didn't cost anything extra. Cons: European outlets (but the pictures show that) Can't think of anything else at the moment but will update if anything changes. ... show more

Sturdy, functional, easy to set up, and the design is flawless. I would recommend this to anyone who has the space to use this grooming table. It flattens to easily put away in storage or a closet. Also, just a heads up the blue part of the table comes off when you first take it out the box. The stand which it stainless steel plus the table both have some weight so be cautious when picking it up out the box. Once you fully assemble the table, it has wheels so it will be easy to move around. Finally, it goes up and down at a decent speed and is fairly quiet which is nice. If a small business for grooming dogs or any animals, I would recommend this! ... show more

Our 11 months old golden retriever afraids of everything. She was even scared of the box this table came in. She allowes as to groom her on this table and she does very well ( without freaking out, maybe because the table runs very quiet). We don't have any complaints, it's a great table: runs smooth and quiet. We also like that it comes with a holder for your scissors, brushes ect.. and 4 leashes. Great product. Thanks a lot for a great table! UPDATE: Going on a second year of using it and it works great. The leashes that supposed to secure the dog are very helpful and easy to adjust. This table saves my back when I groom our golden retriever. I am happy with my purchase. It's not cheap, but in a long run it saves money. I took her once to a Petsmart store for a professional grooming and I wasn't impressed with her received haircut plus she had to wait several hours to get one...If you don't want your dog to wait and being scared while waiting you have to pay extra money. Anyway, getting this table allows me to groom my dog as needed, no stress of waiting or disappointment of received haircut and saving money. ... show more

This Kanis Grooming Table has all the features I wanted for grooming my dog at home. The electric height adjustment is super quiet and smooth, not jerky. The stationary foot control at one end of the table and a hand control on a cord clipped onto the grooming arm give easy access to change table height. The grooming arm is sturdy, made of stainless steel, reinforced at the top corners, and securely anchored at both ends of the table. It is adjustable to accommodate large dogs and small. Another feature I found important is the 2 U.S. AC electrical outlets for clippers and other tools, as well as 2 USB ports. Pros: - impressive quality of components used to assemble table given its price. - overall impressive build quality. - Rather easy to assemble - Good design allowing much flexibility in setup and use Cons: -Up/Down foot pedal only on one side -Bolts connecting hinging points, not greased from factory causing squeaking after approximately 2 months of use requiring disassembly and regreasing. - thickness of table arm could be increased to prevent flexing/ bending with larger non-compliant dogs - tightening knobs design on table arm could be improved to facilitate greater tightening force, given these points are flexed often, causing them to loosen over time. - powder coating /paint near foot pedal has started to flake off. Overall: Great product for the money. Would buy again ... show more

Home use in our case. Clever wheel design permits leveling the bed using each wheel unit but - but - the wheel diameter is far too small in my opinion. Very difficult to move - due to very small wheel diameter. Another shortcoming - no assembly instructions provided. Video available but provides minimal detail. Should include step-by-step assembly instructions as lots of bits and pieces involved - not difficult to assemble but instructions for order of events would make it much easier than each new owner having to figure it out. Within two weeks unit began to groan and became 'jerky' on raising or lowering. I suspected the problem was a need for lubrication of the moving joints of the X-frame - each bolted connection. Contacted customer service; got excellent, immediate reply which confirmed my suspected cause of the noise/jerky movement and emailed to me an image with multiple points identified for lubrication of the X-frame connections. I used 'Three-in-One' oil and within a day the oil had seeped into all the needed contact points of each bolted 'joint'. I used liquid oil instead of a spray (e.g., WD-40) because I think the 'hang time' of oil will be much longer than that of the thin spray, so it should lengthen the time to next required re-lubrication. To lube the joints, suggest you raise the bed to max height and remove the 'drop in' bed. Lubrication access to all contact points (ten or so) is then much easier. After lubrication, unit is back to very quiet, very smooth motion, electric motor no longer 'straining' when lifting. Will replace the small wheels with about a three-inch diameter wheel with lockable design. ... show more
