This is an excellent dog wash! It was a little bit of a project to put together, but the instructions were clear and the materials are solid. I’ve installed faucets before, so that could be a challenge if you haven’t done that yourself. I was surprised and impressed with the quality of the fixtures - no need to swap them out. It’s a perfect size for my dogs (Retriever and Labrador). It’s sturdy and holds up to their weight. The bottom ‘pops’ a little when they shift their weight but they’re still comfortable especially when we use the very nice lick mat that’s included. My senior dog slides a little going down the ramp so I sometimes put down a towel for some added traction. One of the triangle side pieces came bent and damaged but I reported it to Polimo and their customer service rep Lisa was exceptional. They sent out the replacement part asap and included a gift as an apology. Could not have asked for a better product or service. ... show more

This item is made with very nice quality material, which is beautiful and heavy duty, and it came well packaged. Assembly was pretty easy, for the most part. We did have some trouble with the faucet assembly, but we reached out to the seller through email, and they kindly sent an instructional video which was very helpful. The seller also agreed to send a replacement part for a broken piece, which we are very thankful for. We haven't used the station yet (waiting until the replacement part arrives), but we don't anticipate any problems. The lights are very bright, which is wonderful since we placed the station in a dimly lit garage. We are very excited to start using this dog washing station! ... show more

I’m a small animal groomer. And I have really enjoyed this tub. It is easy to clean. And a great height for placement on the animals in the tub. Assembly was pretty quick. I do not have to use the ramp, since I only do small animals. But the ramp and the door are the same piece. Nozzle can be used has a spray or just free flow. You also have the option to use just the faucet, like you would on a sink. Very nice tub. ... show more

I love this new wash station. The ramp is great, though I do have to coax the pups to climb up. I have several that I have to pick up to get in the tub. I love the multiple levels of the grates. This saves your back on small, medium, and large dogs. They do only come out at the ramp and slide into the next position. The grates are easy to clean. The large tub fits my 100lb German Shepherd, 2 medium Bernadoodles and I show a corgi lab mix on the 2nd tier, for easy access to his short legs. I highly recommend this product. I've had it for around a month and I clean it and don't leave any water that could cause problems. I purchased some stainless wipes to use every 2 weeks to keep it sparkling. The sprayer is strong enough to get through heavy coats, and no need to change out. The provided tie spots are holding up to dogs that pull. I love the heavy apron it comes with but the back tie broke first use. The LED back light is great , and works for me since it is in my garage with not so great lighting. The bottom drawer is deep and keeps extra shampoos, brushes and items I may need while bathing a dog in easy reach. ... show more

This is WAY BETTER than our first VEVOR one. That one rusted after the first wash. This one is much better quality with a better nozzle. Love the whole unit, not too difficult to install. The instructions could use some more detail but the average person can figure it all out. Sharp, metal edges so do be careful when putting together. Our plumber installed an extra trap for dog hair, but we have a non shedding dog so not too worried about dog hair. ... show more

Unit packed extremely well - solid. Amazon delivered with no marks on shipping box. Item is very well made: solid, no scratches on stainless steel, faucet is heavy duty with brass connections. I had to buy extensions for the hot/cold supply lines because it came with 24" and I needed 30". Drain kit came without instructions and Polimo was unable to explain the hook-up so I'm installing PVC with drain trap only because I know how to do that. Their customer service replied in minutes when I texted them - very impressed! Lastly, though this is a 2 person job, I was able to do this by myself but I'm sure it took me longer without an extra set of hands. The dog washing station was packaged well and assembled without difficulty. It looks great! After turning the water line on to the tub and pushing up the lever to direct the water to the shower head, it leaked from the attachment site behind the tub. It continued to leak despite trying to figure out why or how to resolve the leak including several trips to the hardware store. We called Polimo through Amazon and OMG the response was immediate despite it being off hours. Lisa handled our issue and she immediately sent us a new faucet. We rec'd it several days later and it works like a charm. While it would have been better had it worked in the first place, the customer service was beyond reproach. Honestly the best customer service response I've ever had. I would definitely recommend this product. It is working great now but I know if I have a question or concern, I will get a response from Polimo. ... show more

5 stars because the dog wash does exactly what its supposed to! The lights is a game changer for being able to see what you are washing when the rooms lighting is less than ideal. The largest size also allows the dog to roam a little while still being contained. Its much easier to blow dry the pup while managing their comfort level. Some small tweaks was needed for large dogs, especially skid-dish ones. The ramp can be “scary” and slippery depending how well the pup has a sable footing. We added a boat deck eva foam to make it non-slip. The flooring gates also can lead to random clanks that might startle a pup new to grooming. When placing the stainless flooring & grates on the bottom, adding a couple rubber feet around the perimeter allows everything to drain and makes the floor silent. Would buy again! ... show more
