This dog tub was one of the best purchases I made this year! I purchased the one for large dogs up to 150 pounds to bathe my 40 pound Aussie in. It was easy to put together, it’s the perfect height so that you don’t hurt your back, and it was super easy for my dog to get in and out of with the steps and the fold down ends. Drain and hose worked like a dream (of course I had to get some hair out of the drain hole) and it was effortless clean up. I love how easy the assembly was in the initial setup. Now that it’s put together folding and unfolding it’s super easy and stress free! I love how drying the tub with a rag is fast and efficient. The drainage is awesome. Honestly for the price this tub is a steal. Highly recommend. And most of all doesn’t take much room and can be stored away easily. Sage here is 66 pounds by the way! This was a big purchase for us but after one use we think we made a good investment. It definitely makes giving the dogs a bath so much easier. I don't need to lie on the ground for an hour to ease my back after. Our big dog is about 80 pounds and it held up fine. It was not wobbly. She needed some assistance and coaxing up the stairs though. They held fast. Our little dog fit right in. It was convenient not having them trying to pull or run away during bath time. The material seems pretty sturdy. The drain hose was pretty handy. The side pockets are convenient. Having the bathtub is a step up from bending and kneeling and straining your back to wash the dogs. It is easy to fold and put away. It is not heavy or awkard to move when folded. Only two very minor things. The drain in the tub clogs easily but as to be expected with all the loose dog hair. Just make sure to flush the drain hose after. The side pockets hold water. You just need to turn the pockets upside down to drain. But I worry about mold. A little drain hole would be handy. Aside from that, if you can afford it, this bathtub is a good investment and good to have. Your back will thank you. ... show more

    • Wish it can be a bit bigger
This is very easy to use, now my dogs can get bath downstairs or outdoor easily. It's a great size for doggies below 65lbs in my opinion. My golden retriever itself will fill up the whole space and water very easy to leak outside. I use it very often, very durable, doggie can either stand or lay in it. I NEVER review anything but this dog bath truly saved my back. My 80 pound rescue GSD is a bit aggressive with other dogs. Horrible experiences with mobile groomers so I needed to do it myself. I've tried before but unfortunately that bending over kills my back. Wasn't sure I could get him to cooperate but he did great getting up the stairs (NOT on the first try but he pulled it off!) This thing was very sturdy both the stairs and the basin - and I had it on landscaping rock, not even the patio. The drain worked great and when it gets clogged with hair, very simple to just pull out the hair and keep going. Very easy to assemble - 5 min, and folds up with the stairs attached and lives in the closet. This thing is fantastic for the price - less than $200! You won't be disappointed. ... show more

Honestly, I like pretty much everything about this portable dog bathing station! Our dog, Bella (a 46-lb Aussie shepherd mix), has always been good about jumping in the bath tub BUT my older back just could no longer bend over the side of the tub without being in agony for hours after. This truly is the answer to a prayer!! The legs are very sturdy, the steps do NOT give out under the dog's feet & they have cute little non-slip dog paws all over them! Assembly was very easy using the enclosed step-by-step instructions. The side where the steps are (which also lock in place while using the tub) folds down for easy entry & exit. The handle in the middle of the bathing area makes for easy fold-up once bathing is done. There's also a collar that's attached to both sides of the bath with a length long enough so the dog doesn't feel trapped. Although I didn't use the two pockets, I just kept the bathing supplies right in the tub with Bella, having them there is a great option (they even have drain holes). I would say the ONLY thing that was a bit of a challenge is, once your dog is in the tub, when you go to fold up the entry side it can be a bit challenging as now the dogs' weight in the tub comes into play. Also, I kind of wish the drain hole was less deep as it can be a bit tricky getting out the hair while bathing is in process. We bought a hand-held shower sprayer (connected to our laundry sink) that has a toggle on the handle to shut the water off while shampooing & easily toggle it back on with soapy hands. The drain hose is plenty long enough, too! After searching for a solid month & looking at many options online, I'm SO GLAD I decided on the Furesh Big Dipper portable step-up bath tub!! If, like me, your back screams in pain at the thought of giving your dog a bath in your bathroom tub, you'll do well to check this option out! You still bend over a bit using this but it's not nearly as bad. Happy bathing! ... show more

As with most purchases of something unfamiliar I was apprehensive. However, this dog bath is fantastic. It's well made, well designed and thought out, easy to put together, and works like a charm. My 10 month old 90lb golden retriever easily and quickly took to climbing the nice wide stairs. The build in leash holder works great. The tub and support structure is sturdy. We live in the Sierra and with winter coming this will make giving him a warm bath easy. I'm extremely pleased with this product. Worth every penny. ... show more
