So many good things to say about this product and seller. I ordered the white doggie tub to help my back. I used to hunch over the tub on my knees to bathe my 2 dogs one at a time. My shower has sliding doors so it was always a difficult task and would wreck my lower back. This tub has saved my life! I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend the tub and the seller! About the product: The tub is a perfect height and size. It’s sturdy and was very easy to assemble myself. It has built in spots to put the shampoo so it stays in place. The drain works perfectly and did not get clogged. The hair was collected in the provided filter type piece and I was easily able to grab it so it doesn’t go into my tub drain. It even has hooks to attach a harness to keep the pups in place, but I didn’t need to use that. The tub stays in place since the feet have rubber on the ends, and it doesn’t wobble around if the dogs move in the tub. After the bath, I rinsed it off and wiped it down, and it looks brand new. So easy to bathe the dogs and very easy to keep the tub looking new. My only regret is that I didn’t purchase this years ago! About the shipping and seller: The tub arrived very carefully packaged, no damage. I hadn't opened it for a couple months bc I didn’t need to bathe the dogs yet. By the time I did open and assemble, I realized a single screw was missing… it happens sometimes! I reached out to the seller via Amazon messaging and they mailed the screws. Didn’t receive them and followed up. They sent them again and provided tracking this time, and I just received them. The seller was very nice and helpful! I wish I had thought of buying this tub years ago. This has made my back exceedingly happy. The tub is well made and was easy to put together. I set the hose to drain in my shower and it works just fine. The tub is more than big enough for a Shih tzu. It is also deep enough so it is not easy for the puppy to jump out. Besides, the tub includes 3 rings where i can tether the puppy. My reason for buying the tub was I could no longer bend down in my garden tub or sit on the shower floor to bathe my puppy. The backaches were making me dread bath time. This has saved my back and made bath time easy and fast. Since I have the space to place the tub next to my shower, I can use the shower hose for my water supply. I am quite happy with this tub. ... show more

What a game changer! A friend suggested an elevated tub when I confessed it was just getting too hard to wash the dogs in the bathtub, especially the doodle. I chose this one based on reviews. It was easy to put together as long as you just finger tighten the screws until it’s all together. Then tighten with the provided allen wrench. I did find a small rubber mallet to be helpful when squaring the legs. It fits nicely in a standard size tub. And is light enough for me to carry easily to store in the shed. The tub was solid with no sliding or wiggles when each dog was in it. Drained fine until the doodle planted her furry paw right on top of the drain. When I got her paw moved, the water swooshed right out. All my dogs hang their heads over the edge of the tub when getting their faces washed. Now that water drips right into the regular tub instead of all over the bathroom floor. Cleanup was quick and easy once baths were done. And the best part - no backache for me! ... show more

I am very happy with this tub. I have three dogs (two long haired shelties and a chihuahua). Taking all three to the groomers cost a bundle. So, over the years, I have invested in a grooming table, my own clippers, a dog dryer... I pretty much had everything I needed except a practical tub. So, I was still taking the dogs to a self-serve dog wash for their baths. This completes my dog grooming tool kit. I had no problem assembling the tub. It fits inside my guest bathtub perfectly. It is light enough that if I have company, I can easily move it. It is pretty stable given that it needs to be wider at the top than the bottom to fit in the tub. I can't think of how the stability could be improved. Yet, I worry that it could tip over. So, my next move is to tie the tub to a handle on my bathtub so it can't tip forward. Even with that, I would not leave a dog unattended even for a minute in this tub to be on the safe side. I put some of the no-skid material they make for under carpets under each leg and in the bed of the tub itself to keep the tub from sliding and to give the dogs a bit more traction while in the tub. The groomers self-serve tubs have a container at the bottom of the drain to catch hair before it goes to their floor drain. I love that idea. So, I am going to set up a trap for the hair between the drain of this tub and my bath tub drain next. The tub is huge for the chihuahua. If it was full, the water would be over her head. My two Shelties fit in perfectly. My older Sheltie is oversized (40lbs). She still fit in nicely. It is a tight fit. But, she is calm enough that it should still work. All three dogs know to hang their heads out of the tub to keep their faces dry... wont they be surprised when I still wash their heads because the water will just go into the main tub. :) Overall, I am very happy with this product. It solves the stress on the back issue, the hair in the drain issue and the doggy head out of the tub trick. I am planning on introducing the dogs to the tub slowly so their is now issue with them trying to jump or knocking it over. All three went in and had a few treats in the tub already. Next time, I will introduce some water. I did run some water through the tub without the dogs in it and it worked as expected. The drain and drain tube were dry. All water went through to the end of the drain pipe. No surprises. I would definitely recommend this product for small dogs or maybe medium dogs that are very calm. ... show more

This is a perfect bath for your pets fits easily in the bathtub, has a drain that goes right down to the bathtub drain, no bending to give dogs a bath, easy to use.. wish the legs folded up but still a great product 10/10 recommended.
