Bought these for a newly-remodeled dental office. They had the modern look we were going for but are sturdy and had a higher weight rating than a lot of other chairs of similar style and price. The boxes were in rough shape when they arrived and the cushions were fine but some of the chrome was scratched because they just weren’t wrapped well enough for the treatment the boxes received. Like others said, I was also missing one bolt and had to go find it at the hardware store. They too are just not secure enough and probably fell out of the damage holes in the boxes. I purchased this as an office chair and at first it seemed great. It does not hold up over time (mine completely broke due to one of the supports that attach the seat to the base completely shattering).
