Ok, here's the skinny on this huge water bottle. First, it holds a generous amount of hot or cold beverage, again it's really big. Next, the bottom storage may be initially hard to open and close, I remedied this by wiping with a bit of vegetable oil although pressure must be applied to close thoroughly. Now the storage area- I fit in a car key fob, a few dollars, housekeys, a license and credit card. It was a bit of a puzzle until I worked with it until it fit. Next, stuff will jingle. I may glue a small piece of felt inside to prevent this noise, making it obvious that stuff is stored inside. It has a rubber ring with clip that is fairly sturdy, but probably wouldn't hang this beast off of my backpack. Overall, solid and generously sized but needs a little time to make it work. ... show more

It has a seam where it comes apart. It’s really obvious what this is. I was expecting a little bit more secrecy when buying this product overall I didn’t like it. It’s also very cheaply made the rubber piece on the inside is already warping and I’ve only put two things of coffee in it, I would not buy this product again ... show more

DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT. Read on.... I originally ordered this bottle for the storage, albeit small and quite noticeable, and for the included silicone neck collar that holds a carabiner for easy carrying. Being disabled it would be easier to take out and about, BUT the first one and a replacement BOTH had no silicone neck collar with the carabiner. So now I have to deal with the hassle of returning 2, was told by Amazon it may be a bad batch and to buy one elsewhere. The bottle I received is thin walled, not insulated, only holds 10oz not the 18oz it shows, the hidden compartment lid is thin and bends easily making it lose and very noticable. Very unhappy and would definitely NOT recommend! Update - got a response from this company saying it was sold by a chinese 3rd party seller and to contact him. Looked at this company's store page and they sell this bottle but ONLY as part of a $49 bundle with a lint lizard, and a black butter dish. Found the 3rd party seller and low and behold it is a him. SP HomeGoods is an ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! reported it to amazon but they still allow members to be ripped off by these unethical sellers!! Am also forced to keep one since it was dropped and is now dented but had it had the carabiner it wouldn't have been dropped. Shame on them both! ... show more
