Update: I've been using this product for almost 6 weeks and I am so blessed to be able to have this product! The crusts on my scalp and flakes have continued to reduce and are barely there at all! This has given me a way to treat my dandruff daily with a moisturizing curl-safe product while also cutting down on shampoo. So pleased! Also the method of storing upside down and removing the cap to dispense has been so easy and works just fine. Original review: I have a severe form of dandruff called seborrheic dermatitis. Due to having very dry, curly hair I quit shampooing my hair regularly and use this conditioner instead. It's helping my seborrheic dermatitis a lot, it took a while but after two and a half weeks my flakes are hugely reduced and the crust on my scalp is almost totally gone. The bottle is slightly squeezable however the product is so thick it's hard to squeeze out as others have said. I store it upside down which is easy to do due to the shape of the bottle, and when I use it I simply unscrew the cap and squeeze some into my hand. It's very easy to do this way and I don't have to cut the bottle open or anything, which I was afraid I'd have to do. It's hard to find dandruff conditioners, especially ones that comply with Curly Girl Method like this one does, so I'm very grateful for it and have always thought derma e makes great products. First time I washed my hair with this product I felt immediate relief on my scalp. Developed a ichy scalp due to hair coloring, which stylist left on too long. Since the shampoo worked, I'm now ordering the conditioner. Hope it works too.

Love the product, but beware the bottles. This is the only shampoo and conditioner that is actually hypoallergenic on my skin, which is such a relief. The bottles that they come in are sometimes squeezable enough to get the product out and sometimes they are as hard as glass. Please, please fix your bottles. I am ordering two pumps to replace the caps so I can get the product out. ... show more

The conditioner left my hair soft and shiny after using it with a harsh prescription ketoconazole shampoo. However, the bottle is so stiff I had to get a friend with strong hands to transfer it to a squeeze bottle for me. He's a woodworker so his hands, wrists and forearms are strong but even he had trouble. And, because the conditioner is a thick cream (you don't need much of it) it doesn't run down the bottle, he had to keep banging the bottle on the table to get the cream down to the opening as he transferred it. I bought this shampoo at my dermatologist's recommendation to use in conjunction with prescription clobetasol propionate shampoo for moderate scalp psoriasis. It does seem to help with the scalp itching and flaking. I enjoy the minty scent and it lathers well. The shampoo leaves my hair feeling drier than normal, but it's not too bad as long as I let my conditioner sit a few extra minutes. The bottle design could be improved, the plastic is stiffer than most shampoo bottles I've used and it's pretty hard to squeeze the shampoo out. ... show more
