I like the fact that it was nice and soapy. You don't need a lot to be very leathery and the smell clean and fresh smell. I don't think it was what I needed. My hair is going thin but it was good. It didn't do any damage or make my hair better though

For being a cheap shampoo and conditioner it works great. Better than some of the super high-end brands that are crazy expensive. My hair was falling out really bad but I got a prescription for that and it's helping tremendously but I also had terrible breakage this stopped my breakage I've been using it about a month and I have like no breakage it's amazing I never thought I could get my hair to look like how it did in my 30s.
