First of all great fan. Dead silent. I replaced an old AC unit so the AC pulsing hum is now gone!!! love it. Currently I have it on fan speed 2 and it is doing great. Love it. The light works well. It is just an on/off and you have to cycle through the on/off cycles to change the color temp. Also, every time you press a button the fan beeps telling you it got the signal. I get it, it may be nice, but there should be a way to turn off the beep. Baby taking a nap and I really don't want anything making a noise that could wake it up. ... show more

The original LED light part that can with the fixture only lasted 8 months, and the company was so nice and responsive and replaced it promptly (in fact, I asked if they could send me 2 LED lights and they politely agreed). The media could not be loaded. I bought this listed 100$ off of retail price. I wondered why it was cheaper than the smaller fans that had less features. Tbought maybe i got lucky. They repackaged and sent me a defective device. The bag of bolts was already open and the fan blades did not spin because the shaft was oblong. the alightment was off. I would advise not to buy from this company. Pure trash. Now I have to return this and find something else today because I have a hole in my roof. ... show more

Item was received on time, was easy to install and works perfectly. my only issue is the light cover is made from such thin plastic it was cracked upon receipt. Something i didn't notice until the very end as its literally the last step to complete installation. We are using outdoors for our Patio and live in a VERY rural area so we decided to keep the item rather than take it all down to return it, a little silicone applied from inside should keep the dust out.
