Love this scooter. Holds a charge for a long time. Fast and easy to handle. Wish I could have got black but it’s still nice looking. Basket is perfect. I bought a cover and lock for when I go places.

It is misleading in its advertising. It is not easily transportable and it can't be stored outside. I live in a mobile home in Michigan so that's very Important. It's a long reach to the handlebars which I am unable to do safely.

This was actually the 2nd scooter I purchased thru Amazon and Deluxe Scooters. The first one was ordered way back on the 12th of April. All I got was it was running late. So after waiting for 2 months to arrive, Amazon finally sold me it was coming from China and it was lost in transit. So this 2nd mobility scooter, I had to spend twice the money but was told it could arrive fairly quickly. It arrived on June 22nd in this enormous box and I instantly fell in love with it. It was fully assembled and not a scratch on it. Finally I can get around here and do things. I'm a 70 yr old female with breathing issues so I can't walk far at all. Except from day 1, it will NOT start. The headlight, taillights, blickers, horn and backing up noise all works, but it will not start. Selling called back fairly quickly and I was told they'd send a new battery pack in 7 to 10 days. Tomorrow it will be 14 days and it will not start and new battery hasn't arrived. Half our summer is over and I still have no way of getting around our small village here!!!! ... show more
