I have had Cutco knives for more than twenty five years, all as good as the day I got them. This knife is by far the best. The design eliminates hand fatigue if you have a lot of chopping to do. It is razor sharp so be careful to pay attention where your fingers are, they may end up in a different place! This is the knife I have been wanting! I have a number of other CUTCO knives. I have been lacking this particular knife for a long time. It is the most amazing knife I’ve ever used! I no longer have to use a food processor to chop my onions, garlic, etc, fine, this knife does it for me. Oh yes it takes a little bit of extra effort but I am having so much fun doing it it doesn’t matter. I highly recommend CUTCO to anyone who has never used these knives.
