I use it during yoga for some poses - again the small size makes it convenient. 3. I have used it in the small of my neck laying down as my chiropractor has requested. It works perfectly for stretching out that area. 4. It is well made and the fabric is very soft. 5. It has a zipper so if it gets dirty you can remove the cover and wash it. 6. If it was larger you could use it under your knees to relieve back pain while laying in bed. 7. The belt will allow me to wear it around my waist and move to different places. Not a memory foam (!). Pretty soft. If you compare it to that brand name lumbar roll, this one is much softer and provides less support because it squishes more when using. But some days this works for me better than the other one I mentioned. Depends on what you’re looking for

Pillow is very small. Less than 12". It is also very soft. There is no support. Came compressed flat. It did reinflate but it is really more suited for a child. It is no better than the mini pillow I've been using in my chair. I'll keep it for a neck rest but as a lumbar pillow this isn't it.

I’ve never given a purchased product a bad review until now. This lumbar support is missing one thing, the support. The pillow is way too soft. Meaning, it flattens under very little weight. I can squeeze the pillow to flatter than one inch with only my thumb and forefinger. It would be a better product if advertised as a water bottle carrier. I’m reviewing this lumbar roll support pillow because previous reviewers led me to believe that it would be inferior to the higher priced version. I carry either version with me wherever I go as a preventive measure to recurring lower back pain. Happily, I find it to be mighty close in quality. In fact I accidentally sat on my expensive one and it completely deflated. Then it came back, but only to half size. (Of course I am now cautious to to sitting on them again.) It may be that the CushZone doesn’t support a person of greater bulk than I, but for my 125 pounds, it is totally satisfactory. Don’t deprive yourself if you cannot afford a more costly roll support pillow. ... show more
