The media could not be loaded. EDIT: I figured it out. The pressure must be set properly. 5 stars for that. But since they didn't include instructions about the auto open, it should only be 4 star :) Just opened the box today. Machine is sturdy for sure but the auto open seems to be not working. No instructions included. I'll modify my stars and review as soon as I get hold with support or instructions. If not, return. ... show more

I was afraid I had ordered too much machine for me, but I am loving it. It was ready to go right out of the box. Feels sturdy, and is steady and stable even when in loading position. Works great on several fabrics (cotton, linen, vinyl, etc) with various fusible products, like interfacing, batting, foam, and decals. Very fast and efficient for my needs, due to large platen area. Easy to use and works great for pressing shirts. Temp seems to be accurate. Only flaw is that I cannot get the time to work. However that does not bother me. This machine saves me a ton of time and I am loving the Dual Plattforms!

    • Stop working 9 months later and started to misaligned my work! So disappointed.
I liked the two platforms. I disliked when I turn it on and it didn’t come on. It not like I used this press every week. Also, when I pressed down to set the press it would shift my design on my shirt which was not cool at all.

    • VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
I'll start out with how VERY disappointed I am with this product!!!! What was suppose to be a "NEW" & "Non-Defective" Heat Press has turned out to be anything but the truth!!! When the Press arrived and we opened it you could smell it had an "odor" ( I thought ok, no worries, maybe it is suppose to smell like that). As we started unboxing the items inside, some were packaged in plastic wrap and some were not. The "cup/mug" attachments 2 of them are damaged, 1 is literally scratched down the side with a dent and the other had the inside foam ripped and falling out. The "tool" that came with it to change out the attachments is 3 sizes to small for any of the screws and was literally just inside the box with the pressure "knob" to adjust pressure, just thrown in. Then the temp box wont stay on right temperature and keep "shorting out" (turning off) and yes everything is secured properly. Unfortunately this is a waste of money and I am very disappointed it does not work, its literally a paper weight. This needs to be fixed!! ... show more

I love the Fact I can do Multi projects at the same time , Packaging was very nice and the Time to receive was SPot on. But.. (The instructions ) Yes are very easy to Read but Confusing , It would Be nice to Have Photos to show Exactly where the Plate and Bolts go . I did Have to go on Amazon and View the photos to see How and what The instructions Ment. So I suggest look at the Photos it will Make it easy. Now Off to Printing Woot woot! ... show more

Me funciona perfecto hemos realizado una gran cantidad de camisas y sueters y nunca hemos tenido problemas teníamos una pequeña pero la compra de esto fue lo mejor por su movimiento para sacar las camisas y que se levanta automáticamente ya que casi siempre estamos haciendo más de una cosa a la vez no corremos el riesgo que se nos olvide lo único malo es la incomodidad para usar la pantalla pero una vez se programa todo funciona perfecto ... show more

Purchased this press for the increase in size and auto open. Received it broken, display screen out of place and the tracks not on properly. Auto open did not work at first and I kept having to adjust screws and such to get it to function. Tried to continue using it but it continued to give me more and more problems.
