I was afraid I had ordered too much machine for me, but I am loving it. It was ready to go right out of the box. Feels sturdy, and is steady and stable even when in loading position. Works great on several fabrics (cotton, linen, vinyl, etc) with various fusible products, like interfacing, batting, foam, and decals. Very fast and efficient for my needs, due to large platen area. The media could not be loaded. EDIT: I figured it out. The pressure must be set properly. 5 stars for that. But since they didn't include instructions about the auto open, it should only be 4 star :) Just opened the box today. Machine is sturdy for sure but the auto open seems to be not working. No instructions included. I'll modify my stars and review as soon as I get hold with support or instructions. If not, return. ... show more

    • VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
I'll start out with how VERY disappointed I am with this product!!!! What was suppose to be a "NEW" & "Non-Defective" Heat Press has turned out to be anything but the truth!!! When the Press arrived and we opened it you could smell it had an "odor" ( I thought ok, no worries, maybe it is suppose to smell like that). As we started unboxing the items inside, some were packaged in plastic wrap and some were not. The "cup/mug" attachments 2 of them are damaged, 1 is literally scratched down the side with a dent and the other had the inside foam ripped and falling out. The "tool" that came with it to change out the attachments is 3 sizes to small for any of the screws and was literally just inside the box with the pressure "knob" to adjust pressure, just thrown in. Then the temp box wont stay on right temperature and keep "shorting out" (turning off) and yes everything is secured properly. Unfortunately this is a waste of money and I am very disappointed it does not work, its literally a paper weight. This needs to be fixed!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So far so good. I DID get directions in English unlike most of the other reviews. Really wasn’t that hard to put together. The slide of the heat plate needs some major oiling. It didn’t want to open or close properly. The main issue I have is moving the press to the other plate. The power cord gets in the way. Needs to come with a longer cord so it won’t get all twisted and in the way. ... show more

I absolutely love this press! I worried about buying online that it would lack quality, but it did not disappoint!! It heats up quickly, there’s no foul smell & I even texted the accuracy of the temp…. It is right on! I would purchase again for sure!

Knowing what I do now I would probably just buy the 5-in-1 as I dont use the attachments often (havent used them at all yet tbh) but I love the versatility of being able to press on almost any item I want. Angie Holden did a great how to video with this heat press on youtube which teaches you how to set time temp and countdown if you have any trouble setting it up as there are no instructions but it really is user friendly. If you're looking to save as much as possible this works good and I've used my oven thermometer to check temperature and it's running true to temp. I've only used it twice so far tho but am quite pleased. If you can afford to spend more you're best to go for the 15"x15". ... show more

Purchased this press for the increase in size and auto open. Received it broken, display screen out of place and the tracks not on properly. Auto open did not work at first and I kept having to adjust screws and such to get it to function. Tried to continue using it but it continued to give me more and more problems.
