I have only had this massager for about a week, but so far it's working well. It is comfortable and appears to be well made. It has helped with the tension in my neck and lower back. Deep massage that can be used on any area of the body basically, I just wish it would have gotten my neck area a little better ( I am small framed) but I could move it around to get the spots I needed.

I was not sure if this one would be strong enough, but it is. It does not bog down when I press it hard to really get in to the muscle. The heat, is nice and is very soothing. I was leery due to the price point on this machine. It cost less and usually that means it is a sub par product. I was happily surprised that this met my needs and seems to be a good value. I have had it for a month at this point, and use it at work to keep my neck and shoulders from being so tight. It is quiet and the hand loops help me position it where I need for it to be and be able to relax at the same time. It is a Prime product so it received it in two days. I registered my warranty and got an immediate response from the company. As for Customer Service due to an issue, I cannot rate, as I have had no negative issues to date. Update: The company was very helpful and responsive. They refunded the cost on the broken item. Original post: I purchased this product as a Christmas present. The recipient used it on and off for almost 4 months until it quit working. There is a zipper but we are unable to open the zipper to see if it is something we can fix ourselves. We purchased this neck massager Nov 20, 2023. We have used it a total of 4 times. I strained my neck last night, so I brought out the massager to use it and it will not turn on. Strange thing is, there is power to the massager since it lights up with red, meaning heat. However, the actual kneading, massaging heads are completely dead. So frustrating since the return window closed Jan 31st. Ridiculous to have this break after under 3 months and used only a handful of times. I attempted to unzip the massager to see if something internally is disconnected, but the zipper is impossible to budge! Even with plyers. ... show more
