I bought this chair massager for home use after the gym and work. Let me tell you it is nice and quiet, and hits all your muscles. I have a salon and this compact massager is good quality like my pedicure chair massager. My favorite feature is the heat for the neck and back. It really soothes those achy muscles. The unit itself is not heavy, it's very manageable to move around for other chairs. The remote is nice and slim, with all the button clearly laid out. And it has a good length cord to be useful. The really great thing about this massager is that it has side bolstering. It keeps your body centered so the massage nodes can get all your muscles effectively. It's a great chair massager! Comfier never disappoints and this massager is no exception! It arrives in great packaging and you can tell from the weight, design and aesthetics that this is a great quality massager. The setup is so easy and intuitive. The controls let you decide the intensity as well as the coverage you want. This massager delivers a powerful and effective massage, no matter your weight or size! This is nice enough to leave sitting out; we have ours out in our sitting area that has high back chairs. Shiatsu massage is plenty strong and the heat/vibration option makes for a very relaxing break. This massager seat melts away the tension I accumulate in my back and neck all day. Its range of motion isn't quite enough to accommodate a much shorter person - the neck rollers hit the back of my head rather than my neck, but sitting on a pillow helps with that. I ordered this Comfier Shiatsu Neck & Back Massager Chair Pad on a Wednesday and was enjoying it in the comfort of my home on Saturday evening! There are many features about this Comfier Massager Chair Pad that I really appreciate. It's very well constructed out of quality fabric & materials, using heavy duty sewing thread and secured stitching throughout. Both the Massage Unit itself & the Neck Roller Portion feature Quality Mesh Fabric, which I feel really matters, as I have had issues with other massagers where the mesh was worn through in a short amount of time. In the Main Unit, Mesh is centered over the area where the Four 1" Back Roller Heads are located (2 on each side.) In the Neck Roller Section, the entire Washable, Removable Neck Roller Cover is made of Mesh. This portion of the unit features Two - 2" Roller Heads, (1 on each side.) I like that the Neck Massager Section offers Individual Control Settings from the Main Unit which allows me to use Both Massage Sections Simultaneously Or Separately. Comfier includes an attractive Fabric Cover Piece that attaches to the Back of the Main Unit using Very Strong Velcro. It drapes over the front of the unit and can be used to soften the intensity of the massage rollers. I leave it on as added protection for the Mesh fabric it covers. The 16" wide x 14"deep x 1.5" thick Padded Seat Cushion also features a Washable Removable Cover with a well placed, easy to manipulate zipper that makes removing/replacing the Seat Cushion Cover a breeze! The Bottom of the Seat Cushion Cover is coated in small silicone dots which act as grippers to secure placement of the cushion & main unit. NOTE: These small pieces of silicone have tiny sharp tips which might leave indents on or poke tiny holes into the surface of whatever you place the cushion on. I use a thick towel to prevent the grippers from leaving pin prick marks in my chair's leather seat. The Main Unit's Upper Section measures 31" in height x 18 1/2" in width (at widest point). As my images show, the Office Chair I was certain would be large enough to properly seat the massage pad on fell short. The Unit is a bit Larger than I imagined it would be. (For reference, my office chair seat measures 24"w x 17"d with the chair back measuring 20"H x 21"W. ) The Main Unit Also Includes 2"w Elastic Bands with Velcro Fasteners which wrap around the Back of the Chair for added stability. On another note, while some might find them to be a nuisance, I find the Wing-Like Side Sections of the Main Unit help me to feel more secure & relaxed when using the unit. Power - The unit Must be plugged into an electrical socket for power. Rest assured that Comfier did NOT skimp on Length where the cables needed to power the unit are concerned. There is an 8" section of cable permanently attached to the bottom of the main unit. That connects to a 58" long, flatter & thinner cable, the opposite end of which plugs into one end of the power supply. The portion of cable from the other end of the power supply to the wall outlet measures another 60" in length. The Remote Control for the unit measures 6.5" x 2.5". It's relatively flat and comfortable to grip. There are small Blue LED Display Lights for the Different Setting Options, HOWEVER, they are Not Bright Enough to Illuminate the Function Icons next to each blue light without an additional light source. Before I forget, I want to credit the designer of this massager chair pad for adding a conveniently placed Storage Pocket on the Main Unit to store the remote when not in use. Attention to the little details really does make a difference. Overall this is a High Quality Product Offered By A Reputable Company at an Affordable Price. I work from home and don’t move around as much as I should. This back and neck massager is offering some good relief for my back pain. I love the neck massager too, especially with the heat turned on. It really helps when I have a stiff neck but it is also great just for a regular massage. The rollers on the neck massager can be height adjusted so that they are in the right position for your sitting height. The massaging rollers for your back move up and down or you can set them to move only in the upper or lower back zone. And when you find the perfect sweet spot for an area that needs massaging you can press the “spot” button and it will stay in that position. I use that option frequently on my lower back. The vibration feature I don’t use very much but it is a nice option to have. The remote is nice and easy to understand. The lights on the rollers and the side pocket for the remote are a nice touch. You can unzip the cover where your head goes, I am guessing to allow you to wash it. The built quality and the materials they used seem really nice. I feel like it is a good value for the money, especially if you compare it with the cost of 2 or 3 visits at the chiropractor. And they try to get you to come back to milk your credit card some more! ... show more

I’m 5’2”, maybe half an inch taller, and the description states it’s suitable for 5’2, however, it is not. The neck massager will be at your head not neck and there’s too big of a gap between the “neck” massager and back massager, so I got no massage on my upper back, which is where my biggest issues are and where I really need pain relief.
