Much easier to take them the powder I just started taking them so I do not know about the results, but they seem to be a good value for the money. I bought the powder before and had a hard time dissolving it. I think this is a better option.

The media could not be loaded. These capsules are easy to consume and flavorless. I’ve noticed a reduction in bloating and feel they give a boost to the immune system. Def a good buy compared to other, more expensive versions!
