Build quality is poor —- slightly bent metal attachments and rubber supports/feet that are not durable and fall off. Price was good and chair is comfortable … however, would not buy again secondary to above. Update … I was using this chair (inappropriately) as a computer desk chair and constantly scooting it back and forth on a hardwood floor. I should have purchased a chair with wheels and not a chair like this with rubber feet/gliders that are more designed for a chair used in one fixed position. But am not able to assemble it yet, because it was delivered in a damaged half open box and I cannot put it together because it came without accessories like screws and so on.. I received 2 sides with legs, the seat and the back. Nothing else, so I have no chair!!!!! ... show more

Chair arrived early with some damage to the package which was taped over. No damage to the product. Assembly took less that 15 minutes for two adults. Four bolts of one length, four bolts of another length, all fastened in place with the included allen wrench. Instructions were simple and very easy to understand. Chair is firm yet comfortable. Seat is nice and wide (5'10" 285lbs) and has about 1" of adjustment that can be made while assembling. Back rest height reaches middle of my back. Legs are metal and very sturdy. No wobble or shaking of chair when in use or not. So far, chair is better than advertised and I am very pleased with it. ... show more

Rating is 4.5 really. The chair legs weren't perfectly aligned so there's a slight wobble until you sit down and the wobble goes away. It was simple to assemble, but having a 2nd person to hold pieces in place would help. The chair is a little wider to comfortably accommodate plus size hips. There was a problem assembling the first one (holes mis-aligned), but return & replacement was easy, the vendor was very good to work with--and the replacement went together easily. I am very happy with this chair. It looks good, is very sturdy and comfortable. I expect it to last a long time.
