I bought my brand new scooter on Amazon the same day as these rear view mirrors. I was under the 'impression' they were 'universal,' they are not. I was really disappointed to see these did not fit as expected. You need to take into account the dimensions of your handle bar. These do not come with 'clamps' like everything else you can attach to a scooter. These come with a short and stubby, threaded-bolt and nut. It must be for a specific kind of scooter or year of scooter. Did I read the ad incorrectly? If so, and it is my own error, I will remove the one star. ... show more

No instructions were provided with the product. It was necessary to "discover" that there were two black plugs on the tiller that are removed to install the mirrors.
