To be honest I wasn't expecting much from this pillow since every one I have tried does not perform as well as it claims. So I was pleasantly surprised the first night I slept on this pillow. It is SO much softer than a LOT of memory foam pillows and cradles my head and neck into just the right position. I am a chronic pain sufferer with my spine and neck so this pillow is a big deal for me. The design is perfect and the size is just right. It's a great quality pillow and you will definately get your money worth. The price is fantastic for such a great performing pillow! I hit the jackpot with this pillow. I have chronic neck pain, and this is the 3rd pillow I've tried. I am able to sleep on it all night with no pain. It's comfortable and cool and just the right amount of soft support. Best pillow I've ever had!

It does have a slight odor, but it dissipates quickly. The pillow appears to be well made and I love the fitted pillowcase, looks to be high-quality. It provides great neck support sleeping either on your back or on your side. I have chronic neck problems and have tried a lot of pillows and find this one to be extremely comfortable and at a great price!
