For the price, it's decent. I was looking for an all black 6 foot bar which seems to be hard to find most of the time. I wanted it specifically for hip thrusts. I wouldn't use this short of a bar to bench press typically, but I gave it a go. It will work for that just fine if you have limited space a
nd cannot use a full sized Olympic bar. It was a little uncomfortable for me to use for bench press. The knurling is ok, the coating to this thing isn't the best quality. Expect to have the finish get marked up while putting on plates and possible chipping off over time. For the $128 I spend to the door including taxes. It'll do fine for what I bought it for, hip thrusts for core workouts.
