It’s definitely not a high end fan and some parts look cheaply made, but that’s okay for me as it looks good and I feel the price point is about right. We bought the wood colored fan for our cabin. Very nice quality. My only minor complaint is the light is very bright and there is no dimming feature. Also if anyone is looking to purchase a downrod, nothing more than 12 inches will work without adding wiring to it.

The media could not be loaded. It is the best blowing fan ever. The light is bright and it is very easy to hang. We plan to replace all our fans with this one. I recommend 100%% buy it. You won't be disappointed.

    • Good unit for the price
This installed about as easily as can be expected for this type of unit, and works well so far. One problem we had - apparently if you turn the unit on at the power switch and then press the "power" button on the remote for 5 seconds, this un-pairs the remote. The unit flashes and beeps in a pattern to let you know this has happened. Turning the unit off then on, and pressing the "Sun" button (in the middle of the remote) will pair it again. Again the unit will flash and beep in a certain pattern. We had lost the installation manual and couldn't figure out the keypresses to re-pair the remote. We contact customer service through Amazon and they responded quickly with the correct answer. So bonus points for responsive and helpful customer service. ... show more

The fan part works well. The remote offers great options. However the light is lacking. If you are going to replace the primary light source in your room with this fan, it may not be up to the task. The light on the bottom is more of a spot light than a flood, so it doesn't fill the room with light. Seems intuitive after installing and seeing it in person, but it doesn't cast light on the upper portion of the wall or the ceiling anymore. This product is primarily constructed of plastic. The installation instructions did not cover several necessary steps. Almost no room to insert remote transmitter into bracket making it hard to install. Uninstalled after one day. Would recommend almost any other product over this one.
