This pet water fountain is amazing. The pump is silent. The size is perfect. It does not take so much space, however, it holds a good amount of water. The media could not be loaded. I'm always looking for a quiet water fountain for my cats. They've had a couple before but they were always pretty loud but this one is basically silent. It comes with a brick adapter and a couple replacement parts and sponge filters, as well as their carbon filters to keep the water fresh! So far it runs great and the cats seem to love it since they don't get spooked by the sound. If you have a shy cat that's new to fountains this might be a good option. Now my favorite part of the fountain is the clear window in the front. The design is really compact and cute so you don't mind having it anywhere in the house. The clear window lets you know when it's time to change the water. This is a lifesaver because I don't have to take it apart every time to check how low we're getting. It's really sleek and nice. Overall I'd say this is a great fountain. Won't be returning this one! I'd recommend it for being so quiet and for the great design features! ... show more
