This has been wonderful! Works just fine on an induction stove, and fits in my air fryer. It's pretty heavy, even for the size, but it's been so convenient! I've been able to make desserts in it and even fit a couple of boneless chicken thighs in it. So far cleaning it has been a breeze. I've never owned a cast iron pan before, so I had to do some research ahead of time. There's not much to it, I've been using regular dish soap and just seasoning it with some oil. Easy to use, and I'm so happy I can transfer from stove top to oven without needing an extra pan, especially when I'm making something for just myself. Love this! ... show more
