I saw a bunch of unfamiliar older teenagers walk past my car recently and they were bold enough to try my door handle to see if it was locked in broad daylight. I bought this for myself and a neighbor. Very easy to install. Good deterrent.

I assumed it was broken when I purchased it, but it's not. These other reviews arent correct, because I thought the same thing. When you place it on the steering wheel & lock it with the key, it doesn't budge at all. This is a bold, thick and secure lock on the steering wheel. I love the bright yellow color as well.
