I’d gladly translate the text for this product and its manual, as it is a FANTASTIC product, however, the listing&manual English is….oof. It’s easy to set up, use, and it does remove stains (depending on the time they have set and the cleaning solution used). That said, the solution the provide is just “meh”, but with a product made for stains, you’d be an unstoppable stain removing machine! It’s SO MUCH MORE USER FRIENDLY than a big ol’ carpet/rug vacuum if you just have some trouble spots or stains! The cord is long, which I love, and it’s easy to use, dump, clean and store! I’d always use the temperature of water that’s ideal for treating the stain/works on the fabric/material you are using it on, as this item doesn’t heat water. Also, find the best stain/cleaning solution for your needs…not the one that is provided…and you will have EXCELLENT RESULTS. The hose isn’t too long, but again, the cord is. It’s not obnoxiously loud and it gets the job done…along with some elbow grease. A better investment for stains as you can use it where upright cleaners designed for just carpets and rugs cannot. The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: 29th October 2024 I’m upgrading my rating to 5 stars from 3.5. Since my review, this little vac has already gotten me out of two messy (doggy initiated) situations. It’s very convenient to grab and go, and very good at spot cleaning. Even the cleaning solution has redeemed itself. Despite the confusing/design elements - which remain - it performs its main function very well and that’s what important. I recommend. **************************************************** I like this vac. There are a few pros and cons. PROS 1. Easy enough to use. The instruction manual is easy to understand and has lots of pictures to go along with the text. There are clear instructions for assembly, use and maintenance. 2. It seems to work. I “accidentally” spilt some coffee onto one of those dish dryer mats. Used the sprayer then vacuumed up the mess. It left the mat just-damp and clean-looking.* I could clearly see the coffee in the dirty tank. 3. It comes with everything needed to start cleaning right out of the box, including a bottle of concentrated cleaning solution. It’s clear that the solution has some type of bleaching agent in it, so beware of using it without spot checking. 4. It’s loud - as all vacs that work are - but not jet engine loud. CONS/Some Confusing Elements 1. The water fill lines for the clean water tank are upside down. At first I thought it was an error but you fill the bottle “upside down” so it makes sense. 2. There is a clip for hose storage. You can see in the pics that the hose is not long enough to go around the machine for proper storage. Plus, when you’re using the machine, you need the full length of the hose available. So the clip is useless. I’ve removed it. 3. There is a space to store the deep cleaning brush. There are two cleaning heads. One space. Further, it’s a really tight fit putting either of them in place and removing them is also difficult. Even further, when they are in place, it impedes your ability to use the handle to transport the machine. Another practically useless feature and a clear design problem. 4. The instructions on the bottle of cleaner give you dilution for 1 litre of water, but the tank fills to 1.2 litres. I suppose I should use only 1 litre, or pull out my calculator, or intuit 20% of the capful. A nitpick about an unnecessary frustration. 5. *After the cleaning, there was still a very distinct smell of coffee on the mat. I may have to experiment with my own cleaning solution. The smell has an easy fix for a dish mat, soap and water; not so easy on carpet or a rug. I didn’t see any prohibition against vinegar and water, so we’ll see. 6. You may see from the video that it is not so easy to find the right angle when using the spray button. The spray button and nozzle are both located under the hose, and the spray does not hit where you think it will. Each time I tried to hit the stain…twice off camera, once on…I had to spray at least three times with adjustments before it hit the right spot. Ended up having wet more of the surface than I intended and therefore had more vacuuming to do. So 3.5 stars overall. ... show more

For the price point, which is a bit less than most carpet cleaners...I was a bit skeptical about this item at first. But once it arrived, I've got to say - it blew away my expectations! Wow! It's a nicely made unit that is incredibly easy to use, it's fairly small so it doesn't take up a bunch of space in your storage closet/garage, and best of all...it really REALLY gets up dirt and other things from your carpet that a plain vacuum just cannot get to. It's a bit loud when you are using it, but most carpet cleaners are. I didn't take a star off for that because you kind of expect that with one of these units...and if you have ever had your carpets professionally cleaned or you have rented a Bissell to do it, then you know that those are NOISY. This one is actually much quieter than those, but still...if someone is taking a nap, maybe pick a different time to clean the carpets. Well, unless you are mad at them :) Noise not withstanding, this unit comes with everything you need - including solution. We have mostly tile in our home but 2 still carpeted rooms, and have used this with great success in those rooms - the carpets are clean and fresh, and there was really not a lot of effort involved to do so. It does a great job getting stains out, too, which is great...it removed a somewhat tough stain in the spare bedroom that nothing else had been able to, so we are very happy about that. We have a dog and a cat and this was also successful in cleaning up minor stains from them laying on the carpet or the cat choosing the few carpeted areas we have to leave us the gift of a hairball. Because...cats. LOL I mentioned the price in the beginning of this review because I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for". In this case, you get way WAY more than you pay for, as this unit behaves much more like a $400 unit than a $100 dollar one. That's really saying something, I think. If you are looking for a solid carpet cleaner that's not going to break the bank AND will impress you with how effective it is, you just found it.
