I've been meaning to try a different kitchen knife. Currently have Farberware and they aren't the greatest. This, however, is amazing. It's thin, extremely sharp and light. It's a great size and works well for a lot of regular chopping, slicing, dicing and piercing. The blade grind is perfect because it is thin enough to slice but also has plenty of edge to retain cutting angles and sharpness. It's easy enough to clean and routine sharpen. I think this is an excellent knife and you will not be disappointed. Given the retail price point, it's versatility and usability, you can't find a better bargain. It has everything you would want on a kitchen knife and plus some. One of the best out there and I would highly recommend. ... show more

Great set of knives. Easy to use, there are all knives for any occasion in the kitchen: preparing any food or eating it. There is a sharpener, which is a nice addition to the knives. I especially like to note the set of steak knives - they are very sharp, light, comfortable and cut meat easily.
