I have small hands and these fit in my palms. Didn't expect that but then they are only 1.25 pounds. They do fit the universal bars at the gym. Perfect solution for me who finds it incredibly difficult to jump 2.5 pounds when increasing weight for exercises. Hopefully, these will get me over the hurdle. ... show more

These are a good price, and I liked that they offer a 1.25 lb size, which is better for the adjustable barbells I use for small adjustments. My only complaint is that the paint started to flake and chip after the first use. It always happens over time but I would hope it would last a little longer.
