I was so excited to get this heating pad/massager with battery pack. I suffer from back pain and wanted a cordless heating pad. This product was so uncomfortable. When air bladders filled it felt like you were sitting with boards against your back. My husband and I both wore it and decided to return. Too expensive for it not to be comfortable. I used it roughly five times and it was satisfactory. Then the lumbar function quit working (it would not inflate/deflate) kind of defeats the purpose. I do not recommend this product. Just to be clear, I followed the instructions provided and unpluged and repluged the device to no avail. Also, after the initial five times, the portable battery went from fully charged to ~50% in less than a minute. I used multiple 5V 2A power sources with the same failing result. ... show more
