I'm very happy with this purchase so far. It's a nice looking cooler that fit perfectly in the space I have. The temperature of the cold water is perfect for me although it may be too cold for some. I've only used the hot water once, for a cup of noodles, and it worked great and I'm looking forward to using it for hot tea this winter. The "room temperature" water is actually pretty cold, but it might be because I don't keep the hot water switched on unless I need it. If you want room temp water you can use the "hot water" with the heat turned off. The only issue that I've had so far is it can be a little noisy sometimes, but you can turn off both switches at night and it's perfectly quiet. I saw reviews that mentioned taller water bottles didn't fit under the machine so I bought the shorter of the 2 options that Walmart had and it fit fine (American Maid 5 gal) but I think there's plenty of space for the square stackable bottle they have. 09/18/24 - I've only had the machine a week and I'm aware of the other complaints I've seen others have. If I have any issues I'll be sure to update this review but so far it's all good. 10/07/2024 - After a month of use I'll still give this machine 5 stars but there are a couple of things that bug me. First is that the noise can get really annoying sometimes. It's okay when it's a consistent noise, but sometimes it's an inconsistent vibration and almost sounds like the machine is struggling. I have the machine close to my desk so I have to turn it off at times so I can get some work done. Luckily, the water stays cold for quite a while with the cold switch off. I turn it off at night and the water is still pretty cold when I grab a glass in the morning. The second thing that bothers me is the "water low" warning light. It's a really bright red flashing light that you can't turn off. No big deal unless you have the machine in your bedroom and only have one jug like I do. I have to unplug the machine to get any sleep. I'll probably have to void my warranty to disconnect this feature. ... show more

I was hesitant about buying this product because I thought it was going to take up too much space however it is very small and convenient. I noticed that some people complain about it being too loud however I don’t have that issue. The compressor is quiet when it’s running and sometimes when you get cold water, it makes kind of a funny sound, but it stops right away. I have only used the cold water and room temperature option because I have no use for hot water. It’s very easy to clean and wipe down. And the instructions for cleaning the hose on the inside seem fairly easy. The water comes out easy and taste great and of course, is very cold. Just the way I like it. It also matches everything in my kitchen, so it is perfect and it looks great. I have only had the product for about a month now, but it seems pretty durable. I have three kids who are not easy on things like that. The water flow is perfect. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and I would recommend to anyone looking for a water cooler for their home or office. ... show more

This water cooler is amazing. It saves from having my kids opening water bottles and leaving them all over the house. They have their cups or their water flasks that they can refill and keep track of. The water settings are great. If you want crazy cool water then you there is a button on top for that . If you want cool but not freezing water the middle button is there for that. And what I like a lot is the feature for the hot water. It has a special slide tab at the top so your kids or anyone else not paying attention to the buttons if they try to get water they have to slide a saftey tab on top of the button in order to allow the hot water to flow through that outlet. I read so many reveiws on several watercoolers. All seem to have similar complaints and issues. It took me 6 months to finally bite the bullet. I finally ordered the Brio. I have had it over a month and it works great. No leaks, no noise (except for when cooling water sometimes but it goes away and not very loud soft humming). The hot water is super hot!, rooom temp is room temperature and the cold is quite cold. I have not seen issues that others describe but will rewrite this review if i start to see problems. Bought the unit May 2023 and yesterday the hot and cold does not dispense water. Next day the middle button doesn’t work. Followed the trouble shooting guides and procedures and still have a non functioning unit. Edit: Contacted customer service and they’re sending another dispenser and with instructions to send the no working one.
