The media could not be loaded. It's sleek design made it fit perfectly in our kitchen space. I love the speed of water flow and its capability of making water cold is pretty quick. There is one flaw, it kinda mixes room temperature and cold water. When water is fully cold, room temperature is also somewhat cold. Usually I prefer room temperature, so it's not a big issue for me. I wish it had enough space between the faucet and tray to fit a water bottle but I guess it is what it is. Overall I am satisfied with the value for money. ... show more

Worked for about first 18 months. Started to drip, had to empty the water collector bin every 3-4 days for the past 2 years. Last night, set a new 5 gallon water bottle on top. I think this is a great investment, especially if you and your family want to drink more water but don’t want to spend the money buying filtration systems or water bottles. The water dispenser works excellently. The cold water is cold and the hot water is always hot, which is great. No need to put the kettle on for tea. This is a one stop shop for clean water. The dispenser is relatively quiet. When it is cooling water, it just turn on and make some noise but that is expecting since it is working. It is equivalent to the sound of the fridge kicking on to create ice cubes or cool down the inside after the door has been open for a while. It is just a quiet hum. I love having ice cold, room temperature or hot water for tea on tap. Since purchasing this water cooler, I have cut my soft drink consumption to nearly zero and replaced my drinking habits with only water or tea. I needed to clean it after the 2 month mark because it started tasting like mildew, but that's expected of any cooler. Replaced previous water cooler. Setup as very easy, overall it was stable. Only issue is the cold water comes out at exactly 53 degrees, which for me is at least 10 degrees warmer that I would like. I called customer service and followed the unplug procedures but made no difference. Also customer service said there is no way on that model to adjust the cold.
