  • MODERN DESIGN: In premium-grade black stainless steel, the Brio Moderna Water Dispenser is a space-saving freestanding cooler that adds sophistication to both homes and offices and features high-quality internal components, including food-grade 304 stainless reservoirs that consistently deliver great-tasting water. Hassle-free installation takes only a few minutes with no tools, plumbing hookup, or landlord approval required, making this water cooler dispenser ideal for renters and those who want easy-access hydration in non-plumbed spaces like home offices, guest suites, and waiting rooms. UL Listed, certifed NSF/ANSI 372 for lead-free material
  • BOTTOM LOAD: The convenient bottom-loading water dispenser design makes changing bottles easy and safe with no heavy lifting, awkward flipping, or accidental spills, and is especially great for people with physical limitations (like bad backs) that make lifting a bottle full of water painful, if not impossible. Conveniently, this water dispenser for 5-gallon bottles and 3-gallon bottles features a stainless steel door that conceals the bottle, so your Brio water cooler always maintains its sleek, modern look. Uses a standard 3- or 5-gallon bottle (bottle not included)
  • ELECTRONIC DISPLAY & INTERFACE: Smart, interactive display with LED touch-sensitive buttons that don't require heavy pressing and conveniently illuminate in red and blue so you know when heating and chilling are underway. Indicator lights notify you when bottle is empty and also when self-cleaning is underway. Plus, there's a bright digital clock that offers time at a glance, arrows that make adjusting water temperatures easy, and a night light that ensures no-spill refills late at night
  • TRI-TEMP WITH ADJUSTABLE HOT & COLD: Unlike other water dispensers, with the tri-temp Brio water dispenser for 5 gallons you can preset hot and cold water dispensing temperatures to brew the perfect cup of green tea or cater to cold-sensitive teeth. Includes a safety lock on hot water that requires 2 steps to dispense hot water, ensuring the whole family is safe from accidental dispensing. Safety lock immediately relocks when dispensing is complete. And enjoy a robust 1.2 liters per minute dispensing for both hot and cold water
  • SELF-CLEANING OZONE: With just a quick press of a button, you can initiate a 90-minute internal self-cleaning process on your Brio water dispenser that uses ozone to reduce biofilm buildup and other accumulated impurities in dispensers reservoirs and tubing, resulting in consistently delicious water. Ozone dissipates when cleaning is done and leaves no chemical taste or residue behind

  • Excellent!!!!! Runs quiet! Update April 2023
Color: Stainless Steel Style: Moderna Pattern Name: Dispenser
The media could not be loaded. Update 4/5/2023 Still works and still is quiet however we are noticing a sound in the water pump. The water trickles out for a few seconds when dispensing has stopped which is annoying and fills up the collection tray quickly. I emailed Brio and have not heard back from them. Hoping there is an easy fix. Update 11/5/2022 Still running perfectly. I wanted to add an update regarding other reviews mentioning noise. When you place the 5 gallon bottle in the cabinet take notice to the pump and the the hard plastic tubing. If the bottle or tubing touches the pump you will hear a loud rattling sound. Simply pull the bottle towards you with enough room to still fully close the door and that should solve the problem. Also twisting the bottle to wrap the tubing around the bottle helps as well. The video you see is the sound of the ozone generator. It runs for an hour and a half then shuts off. So please don’t think the video shows how loud the unit actually is. The actual running sound of the unit is very quiet. This review includes positive experience with customer service (for Brio) which is a good thing! Also includes positive experience with Amazon returns. Also comment about video in the end of review. MAKE SURE YOU LET THE WATER COOLER SIT UNPLUGGED FOR 24 HOURS BEFORE TURNING IT ON. Let the oil settle so your cooler lasts a long time. Yes, their is compressor oil in refrigerating items such as this. Same applies to air conditioners and fridges/freezers. Let it settle as the cooler was most likely shipped on it’s side. This is as per the manufacture. Not mentioned in instructions but from customer service call that I made. They need to update their manual. As of right now two days after receiving this water cooler I have nothing but positive things to say about it. It works perfectly. Hot water is hot. Cold is ice cold and the best one is the room temperature. I prefer that when rest of family likes cold. The water pump makes a low noise when pumping water back into the cold tank as well as the hot. Pump works continuously on room temp, but stops when you stop filling your cup as it should. The compressor seemed loud the first day but the next day is seemed to have settled in. (Remember the oil has to settle so yes it’s like an engine that needs oil. Let it do it’s thing. Let it break in) The best thing about a bottom loading water cooler is no more violent splashes against the wall or wherever your current top loader is. You know what I mean. Now it’s easy breezy just insert the nozzle and slide it in. Close the door. DO NOT OPERATE THE BUTTONS FOR WATER UNTIL YOU INSERTED NOZZLE INTO CONTAINER. You’ll ruin the pump. Only negative thing about this is it is low. So you have to bend a bit if you are moderately tall. No big deal. Not worth taking a star off a review for that. The first water cooler that was sent was damaged really bad. I submitted a return request and was instantly given a return label to print out. Option to have UPS pick up or bring to UPS location. I opted to bring it to UPS myself as the UPS workers here seem miserable so why make them even more miserable. The second one arrived in perfect shape. When the second one arrived I called Brio customer service and within minutes was connected to a human being. This is a really good sign that this brand has good support backing up their products. I called to inquire about if this should sit for 24 hours prior to turning on and they said it should sit to allow it to settle. This holds true with any refrigerating device but I thought maybe it would be different here. Glad I called. They were super friendly. Regarding the negative reviewers: One person said they had to press really hard on the buttons to get water. Did you think to remove the thin plastic film that is over the surface for protection during shipping? That’s the reason why. Your low rating should be deleted. Another person reviewed this and said it arrived damaged. You do know you can send it back and they send you a replacement at no additional cost? I did exactly that. The first arrived damaged so I sent it back. Two days later the current one arrived in perfect condition. Don’t review a product based on damage. Take pictures of damaged package before opening and then take pictures of damaged product just to cover yourself if they don’t believe you. My experience overall is positive. I think some of the negative reviews are based on not operating the cooler properly and not noticing their is a protective film over the control panel. Added video of the ozone self cleaning in operation. It sounds like their is an ozone generator with an air pump pumping it into the cold water holding tank. You can hear it bubbling. Not loud it makes a humming sound and it’s supposed to shut off after 90 minutes. Pretty cool! ... show more

  • Unacceptably poor quality
Color: Black Stainless Steel Style: Water Cooler Pattern Name: Dispenser
The media could not be loaded. It looks nice, but that's about where the niceties end. Twice in the last few months, the dispenser has just randomly started pouring water out onto the floor from inside the bottle cabinet. This is apparently such a problem that they have an FAQ on how to fix it yourself. It's not a manufacturing defect - it's a design flaw. The reservoir lid just lightly snaps in place and spontaneously comes off, which doesn't let the pump know that it's full, so the pump just runs continuously. If I wasn't home both times it happened, our dining room would have been flooded with 5 gallons of water. The first time it happened, it stopped on its own. I contacted support and they wouldn't even talk to me without a video of it happening. Aside from the catastrophic failure listed above, the bottle door doesn't stay shut and doesn't seem to have any mechanism to hold it shut, so when the pump starts running, it rattles the door open and stops filling the reservoir. No water means no cold or hot water even after you shut the door. Doesn't happen all the time, but it shouldn't happen ever on a dispenser at this price. It also doesn't get all the water out of the bottle. It leaves about a quart in the bottom and there's no way to make the 'straw' any longer, just shorter. The tube that pulls the water out rattles against the side or back of the dispenser. There doesn't seem to be any way to put the bottle in that doesn't cause the dispenser to be noisy when the pump or compressor is running. The clock is a nice feature, but it runs fast... I know, nitpick, but we've been doing digital watches for decades. At this price point, there's no excuse. Get it right or leave it off. The temperature targets are essentially useless. If you set the hot to the top (191F, I think), you'll get somewhere within 20 degrees of that. On the bottom end, you can set it to 39F and it'll dispense between 40 and 45 degrees. Maybe that's close enough, but if you're not going to be accurate, why let us set it? And it dispenses painfully slowly. ... show more

  • Great!
Color: Stainless Steel Style: Touchless Pattern Name: Dispenser
I have a bad back and live alone so lifting water jugs was getting really hard. I live in a place where the water is completely undrinkable (and at times salinated 🤢) so even my pets drink bottled water. Bottled water is a necessity not necessarily a luxury. I’m glad I got this, it’s super easy to use and it’s pretty fancy. I’m partial to room temp water so I’m glad that’s one of the options. I didn’t realize the “touch less” part was only for cold water, however. Slightly annoying. Also, the hands free dispensing requires you to angle your hand in the right way over the sensor and hold it there until it’s done filling…kinda like a button… It’s funny though bc if I just pass my hand in front of it by accident, it will start dispensing because of course it does. 😂 It’s sleek looking and unobtrusive. I love the night light feature, too. Be aware that if you use a liter bottle (mine are Bkr) you have to angle the bottle under the spout bc it won’t fit under. Not a big deal, though, bc it still fills it fine. Overall, worth the money. It’s a nice machine and it does what it’s supposed to. I will update in a few months once I’ve had it for longer. ... show more
