Definitely the best thing I've ever purchased for exercise. The convenience of this kettle bell has really got me working out and enjoying it. I bought this during COVID quarantine and it has been a perfect purchase. The small package is great. It has a range from 8 to 40 lbs in a small kettlebell form that doesnt take up much space. The unit comes with a base where you set the weight before you make an adjustment. Just the click of the dial and you are set with a different weight. The convenience of switching weights is what has me doing more and more variety of exercises. If I had any negatives for the product, it jumps from 25 to 35 to 40 in the available selections. I would have loved a 30lb setting built in, but it has quite a range in a very compact package, so I think they did a great job designing it. The durability is great. It does say that you cant drop it or throw it down, but that isnt really a problem to me. Overall, I am extremely happy with this product and I am already seeing muscle gains from using the product. I think the price is very reasonable for the weight range and convenience it provides. If I would have bought dumbells with plates, I wouldnt do nearly the mix of exercises, because I'd get tired of putting plates on and taking them off during a workout. With the Bowflex, I'm setting the weight down on the base, turning a dial a click or two and lifting it right back up. Love it! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ... show more

Love this kettle bell! Right out of the box the product was very easy to use. It’s is a solid product. So far no concerns of the weights falling out or rattling while in use. Adjusting the weight is simple and seamless. It’s perfect for quick effective workouts throughout the week. I do wish the product had a higher max out weight of 50lbs at least but 40 will suffice. 100% recommend! ... show more

    • Space Saving Fitness!
Over the years, I have bought many kettlebell sets. They took up tons of space and it cost an arm and a leg to buy a well rounded set. These Bowflex kettlebells are the solution! I bought two and they take up like a tiny amount of space and give me access to countless kettlebell configurations with just a click. I’ve had these for a few months now with zero issues engaging the correct weight. Every once in a while one of the bells with rattle when you’re slinging them around hard, but it never disengages and flings off a weight. They seem to be built very well and will last a long time. Literally the only slight downfall is their size. They’re a little bit chunky so you have to get used to slinging them around in comparison to smaller kettlebells. After a few workouts though, I adjusted quickly to the larger size. They’re worth every penny considering how much you’d spend on a similar size standard kettlebell set! ... show more

If you want different weights in your kettle bells and want to save some space this work really well. I’ve had this for 4 years and it still works well. It’s build to last and be used.

    • Overpriced brand but a fun, flexible and stylish workout
I would never recommend buying this unless you catch it on sale, but I've enjoyed mine tremendously. It's fun and changing weights is a breeze and it takes up almost no space. I had never done kettlebell exercises prior to owning this and videos on YouTube have kicked my butt. My only gripe would be that its size makes it awkward to hold upside down when exercises call for it and it's so sleek all around, even the handle, that it can sometimes become difficult to grip barehanded.
