  • Amazing Versitility!
Haven’t flown for years. Wasn’t particularly good when I did. This heli is stable and responsive. Won’t go into the modes. You can read or see them on youtube. Great trainer that will allow you to hone your skills from beginner to advanced. Would buy this again, but may not have to!

  • Ready to fly just add lipo battery
Arrived on time and in good condition. Performs well right out of the box although you must provide the proper size lithium battery to power the heli. Could be a first heli if you keep it in stability mode and have adequate time on a simulator. Helis are not as easy to fly as airplanes. The smallest crash or blade strike will result in damage but helis can be repaired by replacing parts. ... show more

  • It’s decent but I wouldn’t recommend for beginners.
So this helicopter was nice. Sadly, I crashed it though, and it was all pilot error. It did survive a couple crashes before the final, and I had to replace the rear rotor blade as it blew up on one of the crashes. Second one must have done something to it more than I realized, because there was some stuff wrong with it when I took it off the third and final time. I also tried everything to get it to trim but it just would not, and if I let go of the sticks it AGGRESSIVELY went banked left. More than I thought it should have. So while it did have some problems, it was fun for the few times I took it out. I even made it do some loops (surprisingly did not crash it doing them too). On the final crash I over corrected and it planted into the ground. While I could’ve rebuilt this, it would’ve costed about the same as a new helicopter, and I decided just to toss it out. So the main point I’m getting at, is I spent a little over 400 dollars on this (heli, batteries and replacement blades, already had a charger) and got about 9-10 battery packs through it (3 packs taken out 3 times with a few in between to test). All of this for it to get destroyed in a second. Do not buy this if you’re a beginner. It’s powerful, and fast, definitely no indoor, and if you think you have a big enough area to fly, think again, go bigger. I would HIGHLY recommend getting the Blade Nano, or (the best idea in hindsight) a simulator. Yea it sounds lame, but for 150 bucks, you can practice even if you crash. Just hit a button and go right back. Please get a sim, or the Nano, if you are just starting out. But if you’re coming from a sim or a Nano, then this seems like a great option. ... show more
