Customer support does not provide a phone number for a help desk, and when contacting them by email they asked for a video of us trying to program the code. Easy to install, fits snugly between the framing studs. Nothing else is needed and I had ours installed in about 30mins. It’s not overly heavy or spacious, but for the price it’s a very nice unit. Bio reader worked perfectly during setup and since we’ve owned it. No complaints with this buy

This is a great purchase. The safe is extremely solid and relatively easy to install. The instructions are easy to follow, and the registration is simple (and you get a free gift for registering.) Overall, this is an excellent wall safe, and you will be happy for the security it provides. It would be nice if there was an option for a right-to-left opening safe. Had it installed and all set up, cut a hole in my wall and anchored it securely. The other day, my daughter decided to try and open it with her fingerprint, it opened right away. Her fingerprint was never registered. I then attempted to open it with all the other fingers on my hand that were not registered. I even opened it by pressing on the biometric with my NOSE!!!! It opened right up. DO NOT BUY THIS SAFE ... show more
