It seems strange to give 5 stars when there was a problem, however the 24/7 customer service is absolutely true. The safe arrived in good shape but locked. The keys were not to be found. I emailed Langger and sent an Amazon message. In 24 hours they responded to both by telling me they would ship new keys right out and providing a digital copy of the instructions for installation. I am sure the paper instructions are inside the safe. I look forward to installing this. ... show more

The safe is great and the customer service is better. I couldn't find the keys so they very nicely sent me a new set. Shortly after I found out my wife had the keys (by accident). I highly recommend this safe and this company.
