These came with bulbs and all necessary hardware. Install was simple. As a precaution I ran a bead of clear silicone all around the outer edge of the headlights where the clear lens meets the housing and let it cure. so far they have been through a few rainy days and nights some decently cold weather and no condensation has formed inside the housing so I am very satisfied. ... show more
