Tried to work with this on several levels, and it just didn’t work out. First of all the LED lights that make this unit stand out also makes your blinkers blink really fast inside the truck. There’s no way to fix that unless you buy a resistor, which is not included in the instructions. The way that these headlamps are made is absolute bad quality. It is not a plug and play kind of model, you actually have to kind of figure out a way to get them in because they don’t fit exactly and then there are some very large gaps. Would not recommend. A few things you should consider before buying, - Most importantly, they didn’t disclose that you will need to buy and install a resistor to avoid having hyper flashing - The first set I bought came with one of the adjustment housings broken so I returned and got another set - Only two of three original screws fit - The adjustments are a pain and the ass and you must do them by hand (Don’t use and impact or drill motor) or you will break them -No instructions for installing them -With all of that being said they look really good and once installed do work well. Would I recommend buying them no as they were a giant headache even though they were about the only c tube led for older dakotas. But would I do it again even with the headache? Not sure if it was just manufacturer defect or it slipped pasted QC or what, but one of the shorter adjusting screws was out of its housing when I opened the box. Not a huge issue as it popped back in easily. Installation was easier than stock since it's one whole piece as opposed to the two piece stock lights. Most installation difficulty came from how the truck was designed, not the lights themselves. Dropping the front bumper made it much easier. Once installed connecting the lights was pretty straight forward as well. As I mentioned adjusting them was the hardest part as there isn't a lot of space to get a screw driver in there, having the bumper dropped already made it a little easier. I've had these lights installed for under a month with no issues. My Dak isn't a DD and I keep the front end/cab stored under cover. Everything has been working as it should and they bring a clean modernized look to a 20 year old truck. I've also purchased tail lights from AmeriLite that were also easy to install, looked great and work as intended. All around great product. ... show more

They looked good right out of the box, but didn't work. I had to reverse wiring on the high beams to install led bulbs, the left headlight led strip wasn't plugged in, and they don't line up well, after driving for a while the right side led strip is out. I wouldn't recommend these lights. Stock replacements with hid or led bulbs would have been a better option. ... show more

Literally the worst aftermarket headlights I’ve ever purchased. Bought these for a more modern, refreshed look, and these turned out to be absolute trash. The gaps are so extreme that I had to use weather stripping, to try and fill in the gaps, and prevent all the electrical from getting being damaged by rain. Both headlights, 2 of the 4 tabs that hold the rubber guards broke just from shutting the hood. The LEDs are dim and are barley visible in daylight. The beam pattern is awful and the adjustment screws broke right through the housing when trying to lower. I’ve never dealt with such horribly manufactured products before. I don’t know whether to laugh or be furious. My fault for not purchasing the protection coverage, but wow, who would ever imagine that a company would put out such a horrible product. ... show more
