I am a newbie to HTV and was extremely nervous to try. I did not want to ruin a ton of stuff and waste a ton of $$ learning. But I have to say I am 2 days in and so far so good. I have made 10 of the black drawstring bags and I’m super happy with the machine. Setup was a breeze, and the instructions were clear. I have not tried the cup or plate press yet, but I’m sure they will be on my list. I’m still a newbie and learning, but it is a blast so far. Edit to add that this machine is a workhorse!!     • Home crafters... This is a great press!
I was so sceptical to order a press. Especially from overseas because I was afraid of a language barrier (we country folk here lol) I did tons of research and read tons of reviews and after about 2 months of searching I went with this one because I just didn't want to spend a lot of money for a home press. When I received it the main press had a wire issue and the sweet lady helped me work through the issue and ultimately decided to send me a new one that was here in 2 days!!! So I have to say that the customer service so far has been outstanding. It is easy to use and I looove all the attachments. I've used the new shirt press, hat and cup press with no issues at all. I have only had it a week so I can't speak for long time use but I am sure customer service will be supportive. She didn't hesitate to fix my issue at all. I just got it a few days ago and I been trying to learn all the things I can do with this machine. It has been very exciting! It brings everything in their description and is amazing quality. I also love the color and the attention to details. I purchased this July 26, 2024. Today is August 15, 2024 and it is done for! It's a good press to start out with. BUT if you plan to use this as a workhorse, I don't know they I would recommend. I bought this for my lovely wife a year and a half ago. Super easy to use. Easy to set up, change temperature, and adjust timer as needed. The press applies even pressure with no issues with temperature control. My wife hasn't used the plate/mug attachments but the hat one works great. The media could not be loaded. I got this heat press for pressing sublimation inks into shirts. My daughter uses vinyl on her shirts and it's equally perfect for that as well. It came with attachments for pressing hats, cups and plates that we haven't used yet but I'll add another review when we do. Great value for everything you get.
