This chair is very strudy5and well built. It looks very professional as well. I'm very heavy set (5'4" 245 lbs and I can sit very comfortably as it's wide and sturdy. It rolls with ease as well. Eastly assembly. Less than 30 minutes with 2 people. One person could handle this. The only exception was,the assembly of the foot rest aszexplained below.I was a little disappointed with two things 1. The screws for the footrest are way to short (yes, I was using the correct ones). So we just left the foot rest off rather than send it back or wait on longer screws. 2. I ordered the color brown but it's more like a mauve color. Definitely not the brown I'm used to. Neither of these are a deal breaker. But if you're paying 250.plus for a chair you expect it to be as advertised. Can't speak on comf9rt just yet as we just assembled the chair, but I'm guessing with the pillow for lumbar support, this will be comfortable. Even with the "off" color and the screws for.the footrest not being long enough I still would recommend this item. Initial Impressions When I first unboxed the Big and Tall Executive Office Chair with Footrest, I was impressed by its sleek design and substantial build. The leather upholstery gives the chair a luxurious appearance, which I hoped would translate to both comfort and durability. Comfort and Ergonomics Unfortunately, my experience with the chair's comfort and ergonomics has been disappointing. Despite its high-back design and built-in lumbar support, I find that my back starts to ache after sitting for extended periods. The support provided by the chair seems insufficient, especially for someone needing extra comfort during long hours at a desk. Adjusting the recline and footrest offers some relief, but it's not enough to counteract the discomfort completely. Material and Build Quality The leather material, while visually appealing, has a few drawbacks. The smell of leather is quite strong and lingers in the room for days, which might be bothersome for some users. Moreover, the leather is not very breathable, leading to discomfort, especially during warmer weather or after sitting for a prolonged period.
