Sexy chair, sleek, soft, so comfortable. Reclines easily and stays in place where you want to recline. Foot rest could definitely have you napping by noon. So easy to put together that he didn't even need my help. Video instructions were helpful for sure. Either way quick and easy. Comes with extra screws incase you lose something. Quality of the chair overall is excellent. I would recommend this for any big and tall guy. Good for people whom need back support as well. Well worth the money. It performs as advertised not like some others that don't actually recline. Heck this will even rock if you like. So far we love this chair. Assembly is straight forward and a decent tool is provided. It is a bit firm in the seat but armrests are soft. Lumbar support is decent. Brown color is very classy. Keep in mind there is a lever below the seat that locks the back into place. High back is very nice!

I’m not sure if this chair is real leather or pleather. Nevertheless, it feels like real leather. It is soft and supple. The cushioning is great. Also, I love the leg rest. It conveniently folds up and stores beneath the seat. And it is unnoticeable. Also I like the seatback adjustment. It lays back to almost a horizontal position so that I can stare at the ceiling. The wheels are nice in the wheel legs are made of solid steel. It was easy to put together. I found a couple of YouTube videos so I didn’t have to follow the instruction manual. ... show more

Decently pleased with this chair. Looks nice, comfort is a 7/10. Not plush, but seems like a durable cushion. Back support is adequate. Easy to build out of the box, even comes with a few extra bolts in case of a quality issue. I hope the back locking mechanism stays strong over the next few years. There’s no spring or tensioner to adjust for the leaning back resistance. Instead it’s a lock in place lever. I’m 6’2” and 230 lbs, I’m happy with its dimensions. I wasn’t expecting too much with the leg rest but it’s actually pretty nice. A little narrow, but it turns the office chair into a kind of Lazy boy. All in all I give it a 8/10 rating. Update: the reviews that say the chair is hard are also true...not sure if it's going to be comfortable for its intended use for mom. So easy and I do mean EASY to assemble. All pieces are carefully wrapped and directions so clear. Tool and screws conveniently encased and marked for cross reference to clearly defined glossary of parts. The hardest part for me, 70 year old woman slightly weak from illness, was screwing the metal plate in place while juggling the seat and back. My solution was after lowering the back into the slot provided for the steel plate to attach to the seat , I sat on the floor straddling the chair and pushed my head into the back of the seat. This lined up the holes perfectly and assembly was completed. Ta DA! Very proud of myself. Best of all my 90 yr old mom loves it so far. Still need some time to evaluate for her. Easy for her to move around on carpet and get up and down from. The adjustable height I set to 20 inches. She is about 5'4" and short waisted with long legs. I am 5'7" and long waisted with long legs and am comfortable in the chair as well as far as height of back and height of seat. We both weigh around 175#. Very high quality for the price. Swivels, moves, adjusts... smooth as silk. PS: the foot rest is short. Very short.. I sat with my knees up and my feet on the foot rest. It hits the back of my mind leg if legs extended. I had the same Herman Miller or 20 years and needed to replace it finally. This one is great - I'm not big and tall but I like to have some room to sit cross-legged and stretch out my legs. I'm somewhere above the size of an average person but well below a lot of the big and tall chairs -- so I usually opt for office furniture designed for larger people because of how long I sit during remote work. Anything labeled otherwise is very slightly too thin for my middle of the road weight. This chair is the most comfortable piece of office furniture under 200 dollars I've ever had the pleasure to sit in or on. It was shockingly simple to assemble and even despite it being a leather-like material, not unpleasant to sit in even during a terribly humid, Maine summer day.
