I have had this griddle, along with their electric skillet for over two years now. I’ve been holding off on reviewing to see how they held up, and let me tell you.. holy moly I love these things. They are so well made. They’re fully washable, they heat up quickly and evenly. And even after two years, are still very non stick. The coating hasn’t scratched or chipped, and they’re used weekly (if not daily). The skillet we use for frying food, and it’s incredible as well. Right out of the box, the first thing I noticed was how well packaged and protected the griddle was. Then, I was impressed at the "fit and finish". But none of that means a thing if it didn't perform like I wanted it to. I've been cooking for >50 years and I was looking for something I could use indoors when the weather didn't allow me to use my outdoor grills (3 of 'em) where I could cook 2 pounds of bacon, or 8 slices of French Toast, or 6 medium pancakes or 6 fried eggs in one batch. The BELLA XL Electric Ceramic Titanium Griddle is big enough to do the job. The heat distribution was even, even to the edges. The non-stick ceramic coating is tough and super slick. The food just slid right off. Clean-up was super easy too. Grease is collected in a removable tray. I LOVE this griddle! I highly recommend this product!     • Lightweight, but UNEVEN HEAT- does NOT flip to have the grated surface for meat

Lightweight, but has uneven cooking (ends of bacon cook, middle takes longer, then ends are burnt. Ones in the middle cook way faster than ones in the middle of the griddle. Also was disappointed it didn't have 2 sides (one that puts grill-marks on meat). Usually these have both sides, but that's my fault for not checking. It's very lightweight and the grease-trap is easy to clean, which is a great feature! All in all, not sure I would purchase it again due to those reasons; however, it's lightweight ease and grease trap caused us not to return it. ... show more
